About Fit4Life

You can use Fit4Life to

• Take your pulse quickly and conveniently by simply pressing the space bar a few times
• Calculate your minimum and maximum exercise pulse rates for your age
• Automate pulse measurement after exercise and recovery
  
• Give you an automated fitness rating based on the way your pulse recovered after exercise
• Show you this rating on the "Couch potato -- Olympic runner" scale
• Save these ratings to a log for later analysis in the spreadsheet (currently Psion version only)
• Advise on recommended weight (in kg or lbs) for your height, sex and build

Here's version 1.3 as fit4lifeuiq_13.zip, (73k), fully-working shareware. Once grabbed and unzipped, please read my README.TXT file if you're unsure about installing software on the smartphone.

If you haven't already done so, you'll also need to install the OPL Runtime patch, from Symbian, which gives your smartphone the ability to run games and applications written in the OPL language. Please get feedback and reports of any bugs to me as soon as possible!
